Upgrade Xero API on website from 1.0 to 2.0

Our website integrates with Xero cloud accounting software. We have not noticed but Auth1.0 has been discontinued and therefore our invoice generating has stopped.
We need someone to update and upgrade us to Auth 2.0.

Our original developer is unavailable therefore i will not be able to share much information on code and setup.
