Upgrade Wordpress multisite to PHP 7.4 through Google App Engine

I am looking for a freelancer with extensive experience in WordPress, PHP upgrades, and Google Compute Engine to assist in upgrading my WordPress Multisite site's PHP version from 7.0 to 7.4.
Running intro trouble as public key missing when im trying to do it through through SSH.
