Upgrade Wordpress, Woocommerce site (this part can be also done by ourself) + custom build API plugin

I am looking for a developer to help me upgrade my Wordpress and Woocommerce site, while also custom building an API plugin.
Basically I get everything properly upgraded, and everything works fine.
Only a plugin from our programmer that controls different APIs will no longer work.
Now our current programmer is always short on time and is currently on vacation.

That's why I was wondering if anyone else can help us with this now and in the more distant future.

Incidentally, we also have a staging environment, but the search does not work there even without all the updates.

The main goal of the plugin is data integration, and I have specific data sources and formats in mind for integration. Additionally, I require extra features and customizations for the API plugin.
