Upgrade Reseller Marketplace Under Woo Commerce

I already have an E commerce Market place developed under Woo commerce having daily traffic over 1.5 Lakhs hits
Looking for freelancer to upgrade my marketplace with some new features
1. New User Type Required - "Reseller and Seller " Currently only customer can login and track their placed orders
2.Seller Segment - Seller Registration Page ; Profile and Account details , Product Upload , order management , Invoice management
3.Reseller Segment : Reseller Registration Page ; Profile and Account Management , order management , Invoice management. Product Management ; Price Management .
4.Restrict all customers - Without Login; Price will not be visible to customers.
5. Price will be visible after login but Buy button will be activated after sharing with friend ;
6. Buy in Bulk Enquiry Button should be available on product page
** Reseller Can not upload product - he/she only can browse and add available product under his/her catalogue, Resellers can add their own amount on product price at the time of sharing and adding to catalogue.
