Upgrade Opencart 2.3.0.2 to 3

My current Opencart website is in need of an upgrade, from version 2.3.0.2 to version 3. I am using the Journal theme and extensions on my current site, although I'm not sure if I'll need additional modules or integrations for the new version. As far as design and template customization goes, I do not require any additional changes. The main objective is to upgrade the current version to the latest one, without affecting existing features. I'm looking for a skilled freelancer who can help complete this upgrade quickly and accurately. It is a multistore installation - I will need help also with the DNS at the registrar.
