Upgrade OSTicket to Current Version
Budget: £10 – £100 GBP
Please only bid if you have experience with Osticket.
We currently run OSTicket as our email management system. We are looking for someone who has experience working with OSTicket to upgrade us from the version we are on now v.1.15.8 .... v.1.17.2.
We have tried this ourselves multiple times and we can't get it to work. We need someone who has experience specifically with OSTicket and also with Cpanel, MySQL and PHP.
We can give you Cpanel access, osticket access and FTP access. We do not however have command line access.
