# Project Title
Enhancements to Existing WordPress Education Platform & Counselor Dashboard
## Project Overview
We have an existing Managed WordPress website for **GetAdvisor**, an international education platform with a custom Counselor Dashboard.
The platform currently includes:
* Public visitor website
* Counselor Dashboard
* Student management
* University/program listings
* Student application submission
* Application tracking
We are looking for an experienced WordPress developer to implement several enhancements to the existing platform. This is **not** a new website—we only require modifications to the current system while preserving all existing functionality.

# Scope of Work
## 1. Enable Forgot Password Functionality
Enable and fully test the **Forgot Password** feature for the Counselor Dashboard.
Requirements:
* Counselors should be able to reset their password via email.
* Ensure password reset emails are delivered successfully.
* Test the entire password reset process.

## 2. Restructure the Program Navigation
Currently, all programs are displayed together.
We would like to separate the platform into two main sections.
### A. Study Programs
The existing academic programs should remain together and include:
* English Language
* Bachelor's
* Postgraduate (rename the current Master's category)
* PhD (new category)
The existing application workflow should continue to function without changes.
### B. Training & Development
Instead of making this another academic category, create a completely separate section called **Training & Development**.
Requirements:
* Add **Training & Development** as a new main navigation item in the website header.
* Clicking it should open a dedicated page.
* This page should have its own categories and filtering system.
* It should remain completely separate from the Study Programs section.

## 3. Training & Development Categories & Filters
The new Training & Development section should support its own categories and filters.
The filtering system should be independent from the Study Programs filters and should be scalable for future expansion.
Examples of future categories include:
* Professional Certificates
* Workshops
* Corporate Training
* Executive Education
* Technical Training
* Culinary & Baking
* Beauty & Wellness
* Leadership
* Other short courses
The developer should implement the structure so additional categories and filters can easily be added later.

## 4. Counselor Dashboard Updates
Update the Counselor Dashboard to reflect the new website structure.
Counselors should be able to clearly distinguish between:
* Study Programs
* Training & Development
The experience should remain simple and intuitive while preserving the current application workflow.

## 5. Administrator Email Notifications
Implement automatic email notifications to the administrator for important counselor activities.
The system should automatically send an email whenever:
* A new student is added.
* A new application is submitted.
Each email should include:
* Counselor name
* Student name
* University
* Program
* Date and time of submission
* A direct link (if available) to review the student or application in the dashboard.
The notification should be sent immediately after the action is completed.

## 6. Rename "Agents Portal" to "Partners Portal"
Replace all visible occurrences of:
**Agents Portal**
with
**Partners Portal**
This should only change the displayed text and must not affect any existing functionality or links.

On the Counselor Dashboard homepage, below **Start a New Application**, add a new section titled:
**Training Material**
Requirements:
* Display training videos for counselors.
* Administrators should be able to upload and manage videos from the WordPress backend.
* Support multiple videos.
* Allow administrators to add, edit, delete, and reorder videos.
* Only logged-in counselors should have access to this section.
* Match the existing dashboard design.
