Upgrade Magento 1.9 to 2.4

I have an online store that was developed in Magento 1.9 by another company and hosted on IDEON's server.
As Magento 1 support has been discontinued, the site has constant instabilities and the best solution was to migrate it to the most updated system (2.4.1).
We take care of site administration, but we don't understand the technical part of Magento update.
I'm looking for a person to do all this update work and eliminate files, extensions and other useless stuff that takes up space on the server as we have to increase the spacing every 2 months and this is getting very expensive.
Also, make sure that modules already installed are NOT deleted, along with products already registered on the site.
The most important part is to ensure that no files are lost (products, blog posts, purchase history, emails sent, images, etc.) deactivation, which is done at a time when the store is not open - or inform in advance that it will be necessary to deactivate the site.
Please keep me informed of any changes made.
