Upgrade Google form and Mail merge

I currently have a google form that I use as a quoting tool. I use Form Mule, a google sheets extension, to act as a mail merge to give custom quotes back to customers through email. I am looking for a way to either make my form and email Look refined or fancy. Form Mule is HTML friendly. Is there any way to make the google form look better? I'm not opposed to moving platforms or having a program designed, but it must be cost effective. There are many monthly subscription options currently out there that I'm trying to avoid that so I'm currently budget conscience.
