Upgrade a Flutter app to work with recent SDK version and a PHP admin panel in place of firebase functions

I have a ready flutter app that works fine. I want to upgrade it to work with recent Flutter sdk and also instead of current Firebase backend, create a php admin based on those functions so that it can be managed from a web admin portal.
