Upgrade & Add Features to Laravel-Based Contract Management System

I'm seeking an experienced Laravel developer to upgrade and extend an existing web-based system used to manage client repayment plans and contracts.

Key Tasks Include:
Fix workflow issues in the repayment module (TAM)
Enable rejection/cancellation of repayment plans by client and admin
Generate contracts from templates in PDF format based on repayment data
Track multi-step signature process (client > legal > management)
Import PDF invoices from external folder (per client code)
Allow clients to view, pay, and upload payment receipts
Enable invoice sending via email and WhatsApp
Add dashboards and reports (filters, exports)

Tech Requirements:
Existing system is Laravel <6 (can be migrated to Laravel 10 / PHP 8.1+)
MySQL database
Multilingual (FR/EN), responsive interface
Role-based access control

Ideal Skills and Experience:
Proficiency in Laravel, MySQL, and PHP
Experience with multilingual and responsive web applications
Strong background in implementing role-based access control
Familiarity with generating PDF contracts from templates
