Updating and duplicating a WordPress non working site starting from existing backup

I am looking for an experienced professional to update my WordPress site, including PHP hosting, theme and all plugins. The site will need to be duplicated, fully functional and optimised. It is essential that the freelancer demonstrates expertise in updating to the latest release of WordPress, Elementor, Yoast SEO, WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, WP Super Cache, Wordfence Security, iThemes Security, UpdraftPlus, All-in-One WP Migration, MonsterInsights, Site Kit by Google, and TM Extra Products Options. The expected timeline is one week starting on 1 August.
If needed and requested I WILL PROVIDE COPY of the public_html and sp_mysql_bk directories to check the functionality of the site and the plugins installed to upgrade, this copy was made when the site was NON working correctly.
