Updates to booking platform and backend -- 2

Need various updates to an existing web booking platform and backend systems written mainly in PHP, with some Python
Our website allows customers to book their haircut appointments online We also have a backend system which stores booking information, our barber employee details, analytics and more.

The changes needed:
*Add functionality for new stores*
Currently the booking system is set up for one store, we want to update it to display two stores. Examples of rework needed:
Frontend: new landing page to select from two stores + additional, separate booking page for new store (similar to existing store)
Backend: Separate admin dashboard for each store
*Add functionality for additional barber employees*
We currently have an employee who is not set up on the system. We would like to add in a new barber with all the same features as the existing barbers on the system such as:
Frontend: Add option to book new employee to store booking page of the correct store
Backend: Add employee to rota and systems, so their data is visible and also included in dashboard
*Functionality to add in new stores and employees*
We will have more new stores and employees in the future and would like the ability to add these into the systems ourselves, in an easy way. Not sure how this will work but think we want:
CMS (Content Management System) to add new stores, new employees
*Reporting dashboard updates*
Our reporting dashboard (screenshot included) requires a number of changes:
Fixes:
- Responsive data points - many statistics do not update when choosing a time period to view the data (today, week, month) want to fix this
- Improved time period selection - currently the dashboard can be viewed with today, week or month filters but we want to see the exact dates and and be able to make custom selections e.g. view between August 1st & August 4th
New features:
- Drill down into data - for our metrics, such as number of cancellations, we would like the ability to see which customers cancelled with ease, which also help us confirm the accuracy
- Ability to filter dashboard by store (once functionality for second store is added)
- Additional dashboard view with collated stats from all stores
- New chart (histogram) for number of times each customer has completed appointments (e.g. 5 customers have visited twice, 2 customers have visited 4 times). This should be responsive depending on selected time period of focus
*Functionality for text message reminders for upcoming bookings*
For customers who have made bookings for haircuts, we want to automatically send a text message to them at 7pm the day before their appointment. The text message will contain details of their appointment.
