Update woocommerce products with variants (color & size) from datatable

We are working with the XiaoFaye woocommerce .net and we need a c# class to take a datatable with main product data (SKU, Product_id, Color, Size, Qty, Price) and insert or update existing product if Product_id<>0. The Variation sku will be SKU-Size-Color.
