Update website scipt PHP CodeIgniter 3 to 4, without affecting my website changes ... check details! ... TIMELINE: TODAY

I bought the website as script in October 2020, from Theme Forest:

I did many changes in it, design, features, implemented by a freelancer.
2 days ago the developer of this script added new features, fixes and update to Codeigniter 4.
I tried follow the steps of the update, succed, but it ended with almost all changes i had being gone with the wind ... so i had to reverse the update.
CONCLUSION: I need someone to update the website with that features and to codeigniter 4, but without affecting my website functionality, design, changes.
It is A MUST and NECESSARY that the project to be completed clean, without the appearance of any error caused by the changes, I will check in detail every aspect.
If everything goes perfectly, you will definitely have me as a client in the future, because the developer I collaborated with before hasn't been online for months!
