old programmer run away and cannot continue

the details for the job :
1. change date format for all menu to DD/MM/YYYY
2. add range date filter for some menu
3. update the stock card (some menu will decrease or increase the product stock, some menu works, the rest menu need update
4. profit n loss report, still have bug, need to fix it
5. other small stuff need update
its just update the code , not create one, so please the budget is not high
