Update stripe integration to include user address details in php script

I have 2 different php script where it has stripe integration to allow visitors to pay via Stripe. As per new Stripe rules for India, we need to gather customer address details, etc to make the purchase happen. (https://support.stripe.com/questions/requirements-for-india-export-charges)

I need someone who can add this data to allow Stripe payments on both of the scripts.
