Update school erp website

I have a cool challenge, a school project to customize the existing fields.
The work seems to be difficult because there are hundreds of fields with validations, and many end up giving up because it becomes a job that requires a lot of attention and reasoning.
Attached, I will leave some files with the requirements.
Import and Export Layout.xls which will show the tabs for each field in their respective forms.
PDF files will serve as a template for each page, note that numbers are displayed in these files, these are displayed in excel to indicate the field they belong.
In addition to these files, we will have auxiliary tables, which are already ready in the database, but which need updating.
I'll leave an image also with a clearer example.
I will also leave the github link with the project.
I want offers for every form you can make.
Example: 00-10.PDF value x, 20 Class.PDF value x, and so on.
As I said, it's an easy job but it requires attention.
After these forms I will publish another project, to update the forms of the academic part of the system.
Important:
I don't have a defined budget, so I want you to inform the amount for each form.
The work will be done directly in git.
