Update and make more efficient my server and the websites on it

I would like to increase the efficiency of my website and my google score. As well ass improving the loading time and the connection with the server. In addition I need to optimize the server, the SEO score and the cache on the websites.

Additional: The server is in Godaddy cPanel and has two websites on it. Both sites need to upload news constantly.
