Update 1 existing form on my site.

I have an ERP School System purchased from codecanyon.
I am updating some forms with requirements provided by the school.

The project is on Github:

The work is to verify if all the existing fields in the forms are in accordance with the requirements of the file (Import and Export Layout.xls) that I will leave attached.
If it is not correct, correct it. If it doesn't exist, create it.
Attached we have (Import and Export Layout.xls) with the following Tabs, General Rules, 00, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60.
And the template of each form in PDF, Tab 10, Tab 20, Tab 30 School Manager, Tab 30 Student, Tab 30 Teacher.
Note that each pdf matches the excel tabs, all to facilitate the programmer's understanding.
Important: You programmer, give me the fixed price for just one form, and I will hire you for it.
