Update a current php/html website to use a bootstrap/material dashboard UI for to display it's database.

I have a legacy website which requires an update to use latest frameworks e.g. bootstrap/material. The site currently works with php/mysql and have multiple dashboard pages. I would like the dashboard to be modernised and use some sort of template UI, we can use all the same data but just want it to look more intuitive. There will be more work after this.
