Update a WordPress website and clear errors
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I'm looking for an experienced WordPress developer who can take an out-of-date WordPress website and perform all updates (CMS, PHP, plugins, etc) and clear all errors. The errors include fatal errors involving the contact-form-7 and WC Wishlist plugins. There are also PHP errors being reported such as "Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly."
The site is an eCommerce built on WooCommerce with a total of 29 active plugins, and a custom theme (not a child-theme).
Stage 2 of the project will be to improve the performance of the site such as configuring caching, deferring loads, and optimising files. The minimum requirement is to pass PageSpeed Insights 'Core Web Vitals Assessments' for both desktop and mobile with a performance score of 60 or higher.
The live site will be duplicated to a staging server where the changes can be made without disruptions. Upon completion, we will migrate new transactions from the live site to the staging site and cutover.
