Update Woocommerce product stock quantity over given json result

Hi,
i need a php cronjob file to automatically update the stock of my products. The stocks we will get as json.
This must be updated in the woocommerce database.
"the code which gets the JSON result already exists! I need only the code who is watching if this products exists in our woocommerce database if yes update the given stock from json to database."
