Update Woocommerce Registration Form with custom and dynamic fields

Update the form to include custom fields( I have purchased the woocommerce custom field plugin), add dynamic fields with query string, and include various parameters and conditional logic, allowing the form to Populate Multiple Fields in the Same Form, and Populate Fields in Different Forms where necessary.
