Update of Website (some design, enhance function)

Our website www.blinkspanish.com is in need of PERFECTION. Please view current website and provide us your work examples of sites that are of better quality/function. If your work does not show a higher quality than our current site please do not apply.
Job will include:
-Update and improve contact forms. We need a contact form with more fields and an application that better organizes the information to import into our CRM (Zoho).
-Eliminate current landing page (with options) and go directly to the Hostel website. Access to Online school needs to be redirect from main menu and accessible links in various parts of the website.
-Redesign and reorganize 35% of design elements.
-Add more contact forms.
-Simplify our price structure and options (to be achieved through consolodating information and adding more efficient buttons.
Website currently uses PayU but on every payment option we will want to also have a PayPal option/button.
