Update Website for Radio Station

Akwaaba Radio is looking for a new website .. update to the current site for new browser snd php files .. We need website that requires responsive web design using css media queries. Must be viewable on desktop / tablet / mobile. All design has to be implemented using HTML / CSS / JQuery. Need one top header flash which rotates images.
