Update React website with file image upload/editing function for custom print projects

We are running a small site where you can create labels and get them printed. We need to update the project with the capability to upload a custom image to the label site. Once uploaded, be able to size and place and crop the image in the label design. The ready image resolution should be valided to it is not too low.
