Update a PHP MySQL database with small edits and move it to an XAMP server

Hi, we have a PHP/MySQL small custom-built database built by another freelancer. We need small edits made to the front-end (some new fields, edit some old fields), and then once those edits are complete, we need to move it from an external host to an internal XAMP server hosted on premises (can give remote access).
