Update a Epaper PHP Script from version 7.3 to 7.4/8.0 and Solve Errors

Epaper is built on Yii Framework of PHP. Code is on PHP upto version 7.3
- Codes need to updated to PHP Version 7.4 and 8.0+.
- Secondly there are some errors while opening editions page and adding any epaper, like
