Update Django/Python web app to newest version with add some new functionality -- 2
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I'm searching for someone who is able to update Django/Python app. It is app to order some things from an online storage. During the update, I want to add some new solutions, like connecting DHL courier with BaseLinker and my app. If you are interested, I can send all specifications.
UPDATE
- upgrade the system to the latest version or if this is not possible, create a new application and import everything, i.e. users, orders, products
Ability to easily add additional things such as filtering products, users, shipments, etc.
Changes in the warehouse system:
1. page with orders
- add the status CANCELLED (to NEW, PENDING, COMPLETED, CANCELLED)
2. page with Products
- add the Shelf column where the storage location will be visible, e.g.: 1/5 which means shelf 1 shelf 5
- is it possible to make a wholesale change to product statuses? For example, we select several products and give them the status withdrawn or enter that each of them has a quantity of 1
- department tab: can it be a drop-down list instead of a scrollable one? It will be easier to choose
- instead of Index Med. -> Shelf/Shelf position - to search by location
- Initial value is not needed
3. Product editing
- Index Med can be removed.
- category: as a drop-down list and not as currently selected
- Initial value is not needed
- is it possible to enter a return date in the product editing? The thing is that some products are sent and then returned and their return date is needed
- is it possible to set the size to change automatically when uploading a photo, e.g. 600x800px?
- is it possible to make a wholesale change to product statuses? For example, we select several products and give them e.g. the status withdrawn or enter that each of them has a quantity
- the same with users. We select several and give them access rights or change their assignment to a department
- we need to solve the product reservation method differently. I will think about how. Right now it does not work exactly as needed.
4. Editing a user
- quick user search, e.g. in some search field. Now there is a list and when I have over a hundred it is hard to locate someone, and if I could type the first letters and have the names highlighted it would be great
