Update Codeigniter System

I have a codeigniter system that needs some fixes. I also need to take the project and install it on another VPS as a backup. I need someone that can be able to speak by audio calls (english/spanish) and explain his/her work. There are some python scripts running on the server too. We are looking to optimize all aspects of the system. It may be a few hours of work in the begining but if the work was good, we will add more. Please write "DESCRIPTION READ".
