Universal Email sync

I would like to integrate a solution to my Laravel + vue.js application that allows to any registered user to go to the Email section of my web and then sync his email accounts. Something like what you do to sync your email accounts on your phone. See an example here:

I don't mind if we could integrate any existing solution that meets all the above requirements. I don't know if that can be achieved with Mailgun, zapier, ...
Once the logged in user syncs his email accounts he will not be asked for credentials anymore. No information should be stored in our database.
