Unable to redirect using codeigniter

I am working on PHP 7.4 and using Codeigniter framework (version 3). When I am trying to save any data then redirect function not always working properly, as result it's redirecting to the main page. But after logging out sometimes it's showing "blank screen". Than I must clear ci_sessions table in MySQL to be able to login.
