UltimatePOS Credit Sales Activation

I'm in need of a skilled programmer who is proficient with open-source PHP frameworks, particularly Laravel, CodeIgniter or Symfony. My primary need is for the development and implementation of a credit sales activation feature in an UltimatePOS PHP-based platform. The chosen candidate will:
