Udemy - Rakuten api problem

I need to solve a problem with the Masterstudy plugin, it´s installed, and the credentials of Rakuten and udemy copied.

But there is this message. I need someone who can analyze the problem, and if possible, solve it. According the Masterstudy plugin support, it´s running. So, could be other problems.
