Uber type ride share app, and door dash type meal delivery app -- 2

We are posting this project a second time. We were made aware that the current freelancer was removed from the platform for reasons unknown. The project is a custom built iOS and android ride share app (Uber type). We are reposting this for someone to complete the project and we will only consider proven freelancers that have extensive experience building a rideshare type platform. This project is 95% complete. We need someone to take it to the finish line within the next 2-3 months. Only qualified freelancers need apply. You will need to submit sample projects that are of a rideshare or meal delivery type. Again, to re-enforce, we will not consider any freelancers that have no experience in the rideshare development field. All freelancers will sign an NDA. We also want a meal delivery app developed we will consider a fresh new rideshare script if it makes sense. Will pay up to $3000 for both must complete in 4/6 weeks, this is a repost as we have wasted time with a freelancers that just don’t have the skill set we are looking for, your team must be a professional freelancer with an excellent reputation and good referrals, and have been establish for sometime Please no time wasters
