I'm seeking an experienced developer to create a USSD-based raffle system for Liberia. This system will be integrated with both Lonestar Cell MTN Mobile Money and Orange Money.
Radio Stations will run the Raffle across Liberia

- Automated draws
- Winner notifications
- Prize disbursement (cash prizes)
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proficiency in USSD and mobile money API
- Extensive backend development experience, particularly with Node.js
- Previous work integrating with Lonestar Cell MTN Mobile Money and Orange Money
- Ability to create a web-based admin panel for raffle management.
