USPS Shipping Integration in Woocommerce

I'm in need of someone with expertise in setting up USPS Shipping integration in Woocommerce.
The objective is threefold:
- To provide customers with accurate shipping rates.
- To place shipping restriction on a single type of product for ground shipping only.
- To provide real-time tracking updates for customers and for internal logistics.
I already have an active USPS account which is already linked and working (I"m using the USPS plugin). However, something is wrong and not all shipping options always show up for customers.
The scale of the operation that the fix will be serving is national deliveries.
Ideal skills for implementing this project would include:
