USDT Softwarw (For educational purpose)

I need a developer who can create a portable USDT Software with specific features and essential security measures.
The Requirements:
1) The software can perform flsh of the USDT, as well as the flsh coins should be transferable from/to unlimited wallets with blockchain confirmations. since it is flsh btc it must be visible in BTC wallet address for 365 days. There will be no transaction fee while sending from "flsh s/w" to "btc wallet" as it will be no confirmations.
There will be no limitation for daily transfer for USDT.
Send transactions with (6/∞) confirmations.
It can’t be tracked as a fake transaction. should take normal time to send BTC one wallet to another wallet in a normal internet connection.
2) These BTC will disappear after 365 days. (negotiable)
Note:- There should be some option to select different timing starting from 10 days upto 365 days based on user input
3) There should be an option to select which crypto currency end-user want to flsh. (USDT, BTC WBTC, BTC FTM, TRX, etc)
-You can split these bitcoin to multiple wallets after flshing.
-You can use it for loan (trading) on exchanges like Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, Bitfinex, Huobi etc.
-Bitcoin Can be converted to other crypto (e.g USDT, ETH, BNB, FTM, Wraped BTC, etc...) at an exchanger.
