USDT(ETH) to PLS(PulseChain), no bridge

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me transfer USDT(ETH) to PLS(PulseChain) without using a bridge.
Using a webpage that already connects user's MetaMask wallet we have user input quantity of USDT(ETH) to send to our wallet. When 1st MM transaction is completed then we send desired PLS for USDT(ETH) sent to our wallet to the user after checking etherscan logs and verifying the transaction was success, or when the MetaMask has finished the 1st transaction of USDT from user's MM wallet to our wallet. We must keep the PLS MetaMask wallet secure with proper code to protect any unauthorized transactions of PLS. We do not want to use a bridge for this process, all codes must be with Meta Mask wallets only.
The deadline for this project is within the next 3 days.
The ideal candidate for this project should have experience with blockchain technology and should be familiar with transferring tokens between blockchains. The candidate should also have experience working with USDT(ETH) and PLS(PulseChain).
