URGENT $$$ - Opencart auction extension enable proxy bidding

I have an online auction website that uses opencart auction. The option to setup proxy bidding is in the purchased extenstion but is not an active feature on the website as it has not been coded in and enabled. I am in need of coding and enabling proxy bidding for all auctions.
