URGENT - Modify Booking System Coded in Lavarel / Vue.Js
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Modifications needed to Lavarel Booking System which utalises Vue.Js. System can be viewed on http://vaccineappointment.laresatt.com/sewabook/public/.
We will provide login information in chat as well as access to MySQL Data as well as FTP Access to Code.
Work to be done;
- Change layout of data collection form. Currently Custom Fields are all listed down the right side of the form. I need them to populate the two columns.
- Allow admin to make some custom fields compulsory
- Remove all financial fields and text from application. As the site is going to be used for free vaccination we would like to remove all Price fields from the application as well as stopping the application from emailing invoices to clients.
- Option to remove emailing of confirmation to the admin. Only the person making the booking should receive an email.
- Add/Change Filters and Data Displayed on Bookings Page
- Add option to Bookings Page to download CSV of data displayed on screen.
- Add Custom Checkin Page or Modify Existing Bookings Page to Allow Checkin of People as they come into the vaccination site.
- On checkin output a printed form (can be PDF) in a certain format. We can assist with creating format but the print functionality must be there.
This is an urgent project which needs to be completed immediately. Please do not bid if you cannot start immediately. I need this completed in no more than 2 days. Do not bid if you cannot meet these criteria.
