Description: I urgently need someone to fix issues with editing form submissions on my Joomla site that uses Fabrik forms. After migrating the site to a new server, the forms worked fine previously, but now when I try to edit submissions, the page goes blank. This needs to be fixed immediately upon assignment.

Convert Forms Conflict: There might be a conflict with Convert Forms, which is also used on the site.
