UPI-Crypto-Fiat Payment Gateway Development

We’re launching an innovative online lottery platform, targeting Indian users. We need a skilled developer to create a custom payment gateway that converts UPI payments (INR) into cryptocurrency (USDT) via Binance API, stores it in a wallet, and converts it back to INR for withdrawals. This is a key feature of our platform, ensuring seamless, fast, and secure transactions for our users. Project Scope:
• Core Task: Develop a payment gateway with the following flow:
1. User pays via UPI (e.g., ₹50) → INR collected via a UPI provider (e.g., Razorpay).
2. INR triggers Binance API to buy USDT → deposits into a secure wallet.
3. User withdraws winnings → USDT sold via Binance API → INR sent to user’s UPI/bank.
• Features:
o Integrate UPI payments (Razorpay or similar) with real-time INR collection.
o Connect Binance API for instant INR-to-USDT buy and USDT-to-INR sell transactions.
o Build a secure wallet system (hot wallet or exchange custodial) to hold USDT.
o Ensure end-to-end encryption and compliance with AML standards.
o Create a simple admin dashboard to monitor transactions and wallet balance.
• Deliverables:
o Fully functional payment gateway integration code.
o Documentation for setup, maintenance, and API keys.
o Test cases proving UPI-to-USDT-to-INR flow works (e.g., ₹50 product purchase, ₹1,000 payout).
Skills Required:
• Strong experience with payment gateway integrations (e.g., Razorpay, PayU).
• Proficiency with Binance API (spot trading, wallet management).
• Backend development skills (Node.js, Python, or similar).
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency wallets and security (e.g., MetaMask, cold storage).
