UNFINISHED ON DEMAND SERVICE APP AND WEBSITE NEED HELP TO BE COMPLETED -- 2

We are looking for a project TEAM to help us complete this app. This app is 90% completed. We need A TEAM to help finish it. The things that require attention are the geolocation, notifications, stripe payouts and split payments, mms & calls with twilio, coupons and discounts as well as some changes to the website which will allow on demand booking through the website. There will be one more section of the app to be build but the wireframe has been completed and will be available for your team. Every button and section within the app have been built and logically driven to complete its task except for 1 section (as mentioned above). However, we are having difficulties completing the overall tasks of the project goal. This goal is to provide a service on demand to customers through the app and the website and connect them with vendors who are on call and will accept the service call. it’s kind of and Uber/Uber eats and scheduling app. Geolocation, notifications, communications, discounts, payouts and the connection of client to vendor is CRITICAL to the project. This is for both android and iOS native language as well as the website which will be connected to the app for booking.
All code will be provided to you. As I have stated the project is 90% done. I have all the source code, material and logic you will need. The project will be in three sections: Section 1 - Website and Admin panel, Section 2 - IOS App, and Section 3 - Android App.
We need a TEAM who is experienced and can finish the job right. We expect multiple people on the TEAM to work on this project in each section, at the same time to ensure we get the project completed on schedule. With each developer for each section reporting to the project manager and to us on their daily progress. No solo freelancer need apply. We will want to meet and speak to each developer for each section and would like a project manager to run the team and give daily updates.

Project time 21 days.
2 Payouts:
1st payout after project due date and all project work completed and tested.
2nd payout after full TESTED release in App and Play store with Realtime clients.
All 3 Sections must be completed and tested on time for each payment. NO exceptions.
Failing to meet set deadlines will result in penalties in the form of 25% penalty of project total for each week the project deadline is not meet. This ensures we both make our deadlines.
