UISP Plugin Development

I'm seeking a verified developer located in Australia to create and support plugins for Ubiquiti's UISP with a long-term partnership in mind.
Initial Requirements:
1. Extend UISP's email-only ticketing to SMS using an SMS gateway device (no external provider).
2. Sync invoices, credit notes, and financials between UISP and Xero.
3. Provide live updates on internet service status (online/offline) and power outages at customer addresses.
4. Load and notify customers of upcoming network outages.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Ubiquiti's UISP
- Proficiency in plugin development
- Familiarity with Xero integration
- Knowledge of SMS gateway systems
- Strong communication skills for ongoing support
