UISP CRM Plugin Development for Billingo

I'm in need of a skilled developer to create a plugin for UISP CRM that interfaces with the Billingo billing system. The Billingo API will be utilized for this task. The plugin must meet the following specifications:
- Generate invoices in Billingo based on those created in UISP, with the appropriate tax settings.
- Download Billingo invoices via its API directly into UISP CRM, accessible from both the customer portal and the backend.
- Void invoices in Billingo when they are voided in UISP CRM.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with PHP, the current stable release of UISP CRM, and the Billingo API. Familiarity with the UISP building blocks is a must.
