I'm seeking a skilled PHP developer to create a library that facilitates the conversion between UYAP's .udf files and standard HTML. This library should be capable of taking a specified .udf file and generating a correctly formatted HTML version, preserving all original features and formatting.
Key Requirements:
- The library must accurately convert:
- Text formatting (bold, italic, etc.)
- Tables
- Images
- All features included in the documents
- HTML to .udf conversion should maintain original features
