Two WooCommerce Features

Dear Freelancer,
I am looking for a permanent support for a project which includes 3 WordPress/WooCommerce sites. One of them: https://www.advofleet.de Currently I have three small tasks, but our present freelancer leaves us and then we need permanent replacement.
Important, we are looking for someone who can write custom scripts for us. We don't want to have to install new plugins if possible.
1) WooCommerce - Price transfer with URL parameter
Example: https://www.advofleet.de/produkt/teilzahlung/?betrag=100
The site was originally fully implemented with Elementor and there was the feature. On the store pages we now do without Elementor therefore we need this function in a different way. Please suggest solutions.
2) Hide Payment Methods, when certain radiobutton is checked (on check out page)
For the question "Haben Sie eine Rechtsschutzversicherung?" you have to select "yJa", then "Rechtsschutzversicherung" appears in the payment methods. In addition, all other methods should be hidden. At the end only "Rechtsschutzversicherung" should remain, if one selects "Ja" at "Haben Sie eine Rechtsschutzversicherung?".
3) Pagespeed (optional)
I like ideas to optimize the pagespeed without changing the theme. For this I would create an extra job at freelancer.com.
