Two C# CounterStrikeSharp Plugins for Counter-strike 2

I'm seeking a skilled developer to create two C# mod plugins for Counter-Strike 2. Below are links to reference for the plugins I want to create. Basically, I want to convert two cs 1.6 plugins to cs2. One is a warcraft 3 plugin and the other is fakefull plugin that shows players occupying the server.
